We want you to be happy with what you learn at Digital Dhananjay. This policy explains when you can ask for a refund on courses and digital products bought on digitaldhananjay.com.
1. Courses
You can request a full refund within 2 days (48 hours) of purchase, as long as you have completed less than 30% of the course lessons. After 2 days, or once more than 30% of the lessons are completed, course purchases are not refundable.
2. Digital products
Digital products such as guides, templates and checklists can be downloaded immediately, so they are not refundable once delivered. If a file is damaged or doesn't match its description, contact us and we will fix or replace it.
3. How to request a refund
- Email support@digitaldhananjay.com from the email address you used to buy.
- Include your order ID and the reason for the request.
- We will reply to confirm whether the request meets this policy.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment partner. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show the money in your account. Course access is removed once a refund is issued.
5. Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice, or charged without getting access, email us and we will refund the extra payment in full.
