These Terms apply to your use of digitaldhananjay.com, the learning platform at learn.digitaldhananjay.com and the courses offered by Digital Dhananjay (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Services
Digital Dhananjay provides online courses on digital skills and AI, including Claude AI, Meta Ads and YouTube. Course content is delivered through the learning platform and may be updated or improved over time.
2. Your account
- You need a learning account to access courses. Please give accurate information and keep your password secure.
- Your account is personal. Please do not share your login details or let others use your account.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@digitaldhananjay.com if you think your account has been misused.
3. Course access
When you are enrolled in a course, it is added to your learning account and you can study it at your own pace. Access is for your personal learning use only. Details of the access included with each course are shown at the time of enrolment.
4. Pricing, payments and refunds
Online payments are not yet available on the Services. Prices, payment methods and the refund policy will be published on this website before online purchase becomes available, and they will form part of these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
All course videos, text, templates, resources and other materials are owned by Digital Dhananjay or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, record, resell, share, publish or redistribute course materials without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the Services. For example, don't try to access accounts or content you are not entitled to, interfere with the platform's security or operation, or use automated tools to download content.
7. No guaranteed results
Our courses are educational. They teach practical skills and workflows, but results depend on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, such as income, business results, rankings or employment.
8. Third-party tools
Courses may show or refer to third-party tools and platforms (such as Claude, Meta or YouTube). Those tools are provided by their own companies under their own terms. Digital Dhananjay is not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless stated otherwise.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Services available and working well, but we can't promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update course content and these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when the Terms last changed.
10. Suspension
We may suspend or limit access to an account that breaches these Terms, for example by sharing login details or redistributing course materials.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is", and Digital Dhananjay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services.
