Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Dhananjay ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit digitaldhananjay.com or use our learning platform at learn.digitaldhananjay.com (together, the "Services").

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: for example your name and email address when you create a learning account, and anything you write when you email us.
  • Learning account information: the courses you have access to and your learning progress (such as lessons completed), so the platform can show your progress and let you continue where you left off. Passwords are stored only in encrypted (hashed) form.
  • Technical information: like most websites, our servers may record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security, rate limiting and keeping the Services working.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide your account and give you access to the courses you are enrolled in.
  • To save and show your learning progress.
  • To reply to your messages and provide support.
  • To send essential service emails, such as password-reset emails.
  • To keep the Services secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies

The learning platform uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. This landing page does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy before doing so.

4. Service providers

We use trusted third-party providers to run the Services, for example web hosting, email delivery and font delivery (Google Fonts loads the fonts used on this site). These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and learning progress for as long as your account exists, so your course access and history remain available. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see section 7).

6. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@digitaldhananjay.com. You can update your name and password in your learning account at any time.

8. Children

The Services are intended for adults and older students. If you are under 18, please use the Services with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we introduce online payments. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
